Introduction.
dot  To put on a skirt for a man can require a long research in the stores. That also requires to know some rules on the proportions. According to the dictionary, the word proportion means: "harmonious report/ratio of the parts between them and with the unit".

  Le nombre d'or en matière de proportion est 1.618. Ainsi si l'on divise une longueur de 100 cm par 1.618, on obtient deux segments: l'un mesure 61.8cm et l'autre mesure 38.2 cm. Cette proportion entre ces deux longueurs est considérée comme particulièrement esthétique.

Integrated silhouette.

dot  If we equip the naked part - by sticking, trousers, make-up, hairstyle, ... - the opposition between the naked part and the clothed part disappears. Visual contrast is founded only on differences of colours or texture. It will be then the relation of clothing between them which will have to be taken into account to determine the most harmonious proportion. Here are some examples:

Il y a bien longtemps que je ne suis plus venu sur cet agréable site.
Pour ma part, cela fait une dizaine d'années que je porte jupes et collants, ainsi que des robes plus récemment. Je suis un homme, et je porte ces vêtements pour varier mon habillement, sans travestissement, ni volonté de changer de sexe.
